Led Ceiling Light

The significance of the radiator to the leading Ceiling Lights

The heating element is a key component of the LED ceiling light, and its surface for shape, volume and heat dissipation must be properly designed. The radiator is too small, the operating temperature of the LED ceiling lamp is too high, which affects the brightness and the service life. If the radiator is too large, it will consume more material, increase the product's cost and weight and reduce the product's competitiveness. It is important to design a suitable LED ceiling light. Performing the heat sink has the following parts:

  • Clear the power of the LED ceiling light that needs to release heat. Some parameters used in the design of the heat sink: the specific heat of the metal, the thermal conductivity of the metal, the heat resistance of the chip, the heat resistance of the heat resistance and the heat resistance of the ambient air.
  •
  • Determine the type of heat dissipation (natural convection cooling, strong wind cooling, cooling of the boiler and other cooling methods). From the comparison of the cost, the cooling cost of the natural convection is the lowest, the strong wind cooling is medium, the heat charge's cost is high and the radiation cooling cost is highest.
  •
  • Determine the maximum operating temperature allowed by the LED ceiling Lights (ambient temperature plus ceiling light temperature increase).
  •
  • Calculate the volume of the heat sink, heat sink and determine the shape of the heat sink.
